Hi,

Congratulations!!! :-)

May I ask, what was the cost of health care the MOC estimated in your health waiver application documents? And, what's the real costs of your medication?

Did you do the health waiver application by yourself, or did you get a lawyer to do that?

Cheers, Baby Bone .

Health Waiver Fiancee Visa

Hi All, at the outset let me thank this forum. Information available here is really helpful.
Further I would like to confirm here that Health Waiver is NOT always end of road. Although its time consuming, long wait process. From my own experience, I can say that with correct documentation and prompt follow up, one should be through. Australia is a fair go country, and I have immense faith in this land.

Few facts-
Got Health Waiver Mail 22th October 2013.
Submitted supporting Documents 24th October 2013.
Visa Grant Date 14th March 2014.

All the time Visa officer was prompt and supportive.

Good luck to all applicants.
Cheers

MS
