and what a relief. we've had one failed one from 2013 due to not living together but i moved to australia in jan 14 on a tourist visa to be with my partner and in june we moved to ireland so we could remain together but also both work. even though we lived together a year on 15th jan, i decided to leave it til feb 1 to apply just to be safe.
this forum has been a great beacon of knowledge and it has helped us no end in submitting . thanks to all for shared knowledge and wise words
now we just play the waiting game which is 10-14 months for london but if its anything like the last 10-14 months, it will fly by

Good luck to you , hope you'll receive a quick grant.

I'm sure you have a plenty of evidences as you experienced it once before.

Good luck! Sure this time you have submitted everything that DIBP are looking for so now it's just time to wait :-)

we sure do, everything we did the past year was done with the visa in mind

im hoping ,repeat, hoping, we get a faster decision turnaround as we got rejected only 12 months ago and the fact my partners visa for ireland is expiring in june. she can of course stay in ireland beyond that , she just cant work
all i have left to do is upload my aussie police cert which is currently on its way via post and do my medical (should i book that now or wait ? )

Given the current processing times I would wait for the medical to be requested!! While you might get lucky and have a faster than expected processing time, the last thing you want is to have to fork out for another medical if the first one expires!!

Awww, Niall, you two are adorable! Thanks for sharing the pic. Best of luck with your visa grant. I agree with Valentine on the medical. Wait for them to ask for it so you don't have to redo it.
