Medical Assessment Costs (Germany)

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how much a medical assessment usually costs when done in Germany. Has anyone here done it before? Apparently they don't have a panel doctor in Hamburg so we will have to go to Hanover, which seems weird. Has anyone here used "eHealth"? I'm wondering if we could still do it beforehand if using eHealth in order to front-load our application or if it's necessary to wait for an identifier number.

Thought it might be good to run over the list of costs and you could let me know if I've missed anything. THANKS!!!!!!

Application fee: $1995 (offshore)
Australian police clearance: $43
German police clearance: 13 euros
Medical assessment in Germany: ????

other minor costs:
postage costs
passport photos
certification of documents
translation of documents

am I missing anything? The main thing I want to know is the medical assessment cost but just thought I'd see if there is some major cost I haven't accounted for.

Hi mini,

I'm sorry to say that I'm not sure how much the medicals cost from Germany And I'm not sure how eHealth works either! Maybe this will bump your thread up and someone will have some experience.

I think you have the main costs covered, I can't think of anything else....If I do I will be sure to let you know
