Contributory Parent (subclass 143)

Hi all

Firstly pls excuse my english.

Well im just wondering about this issues, maybe sum1 may understand more.

abit of histories:

I sponsored my mom (65 yrs old) & my wife is the Assurer (which we put sum 32k + 10k for deposit, which will be returned after 10 yrs 7 all are from mom's money). Im a PR for 3 yrs & wife is OZ citizen. Mom now is in her 9th month in OZ as PR.

The wifey now wants to withdraw herself as Assurer. she doesnt acknowlege her as mom-in-law no more & wants to cut of relationship, they had a fight before. then wife took mom's saving account without permission & forcing me to sign sum BS paper so i take over the AoS (which fine by me) but she wont return the money unless i sign it & said she will use it as her own guarantee incase my mom taking centerlink, etc etc. well mom is now working & never ever take any benefit ever! also i didnt sign the paper.
hence now im separating with my wonderful-revealed-real-skin-wife & police also involved coz of the theft. well this will ended up as another story line...

anyway cut short, the Qs are:

* can wife withdraw her AoS responsibility? i read sum article & it say u cant do that for the next 10 yrs... for whatever reason, is that true?

* can wife force or use sum legal way to strip mom's PR visa or kick her out of OZ? just fyi mom actually been in OZ for 10+ yrs (& spent abit of time as illegal but now shes ok & 100% law abiding)

* does it considered illegal (i know this is not visa/immi related), for wife who obtain mom's saving money & claim that she will use it as her own guarantee purposes (if) in case mom take any benefit/support & wife need to pay back Goverment. can i report this to immi (as a punishment perhaps for being a liar)?

appreciate if sum1 can shed sum light out of these mess.

I've never heard of sponsorship being withdrawn, except for sponosored work visas who need an employer to sponsor them.

I don't think there is any way either for your wife to get you mum deported or cancel her PR. That would only happen if your mum somehow violated the visa conditions or did something totally illegal. Once your mum has PR, she's allowd to stay legally as long as she meets the criteria to have it renewed in the future.

I suggest you get help from a professional, like a migration lawyer. This issue is way out of our league and we have no ability to give you any legal advice. Sorry I can't help you more.
