ACS assesment for Partner

Hi All,
My wife holds a Masters in Applied Computer Science from an University in USA. She has been working as a software developer from the past 20 months. I want to claim partner skills points in order to apply for PR.

I have found that foreign applicants should possess at least 24 months experience in order to get assessed by ACS. My question is I have heard that even USA Masters Degrees are recognized by ACS and are considered for assessment. Can my wife apply for ACS assessment with her 20 month experience and US masters degree or does she need to wait until she completes her 2 years.

Regards,
Suneel

No. She will need at least 2 years work experience. If her nominated occupation is not highly relevant to her qualification it could be longer.

Regards
