Of course I'm happy..
But this was a long detour,
Only because i didn't worried about arriving back to Australia before my RR 155 expired, and decided to stay and work in Europe a couple more years.
I was forced to do a completely new application.
I hope others will read this and will understand that the immigration doesn't easily issue a new Visa , if one overstay their absence from Australia..

I thought I'll ad that after lodging the application and receiving the verdict.
(11 months)
The only thing that happened was that I got a mail with the Bridging Visa A Grant and another automatically sent Email about making sure that I had supplied all documents, and a month after that the decision for a granted Visa arrived via Registered Post.
They never called me or anybody else I know and I never called them investigating about anything.
I almost forgot, I actually applied for a Bridging Visa B , 6 month prior to the grant to go to Europe, which was granted the same day they received the application for it..
So don't stress out if you never hear anything from them..
:-)
