Enduring Power of Attorney

Hi ladies and gents,

I am looking into our formal documents (wills and power of attorneys).

I can't find any information on having a foreigner as a Power of Attorney for an Australian citizen. There is however mention of different states having different regulations. Does anyone have any experience with this? Can you actually do it?

Also, my partner and I are getting married in July. Is there any point in doing up a will at this point? Or should we wait until we are married.

Thanks for the help as usual!
