Hi Krathod,

Just a bit wondering, how come the student visa expired before the semester end, coz student visa normally granted according to the course length. Anyway, seemingly you can still study on bridging visa, but you are not allow to work if you wanna work you have to ask the permission.

Cheers

Thank you very much for your reply "dusty_springfield"

Just to make it clear I failed subject in past semester so I am doing extra semester to cover it and my visas are not long enough. I was thinking to extend it and I know its very easy to extend my student visa but then I thought if we could apply for TR with my wife I can save money of two visa fees.Do you thing the fresh marriage will be problem? I mean the visa officer might say "you got married just for visa purpose" I have all evidence for my long term relationship.

and once again thank you for your response buddy

better call immi and check

the period of your study is 1 semester i am guessing.. even tho you will be "off visa" for 1mo you will be enrolled in a course that is longer than 3mo, so you might need a student visa.
