Difference between ACS Skill / Work Experience

I am currently in australia on my TR (485) Skilled Graduate visa and I come under transitional arrangements.

I recently got my Skills Assessed by ACS based on my education and got a positive response to be eligible as "ANALYST PROGRAMMER".

Now, the issue is I've got 1 year plus full-time work experience as a Data Center Operator (6 months) and Systems Engineer (6 months on-going) with the same company.

I want to apply for my the permanent residency sub-class 885 under transitional arrangements. For which i need to meet 120 point. I get 120 points if i show this one year of my Australian Work experience. I'm confused if the dept. of immigration will take my work experience and my skilled occupation in-line to approve my visa.

What are your suggestions upon this ?
