Ahc-new dehli-april 2014

THIS is thread for everyone who applied from india in april 2014 under partner class 309
as they do not provide any information regarding the processing times which is taking long than mentioned on their websites...so atleast from here we can support each other by discussing the updates ..

Hey TigerAli,we applied in April 2014,medical done in june.Co was contacted us in Dec 2014 for some question,we replied our answer and since then waiting for visa grant.

ATLEAST YOU GOT CO, WE HVE BEEN WAITING SINCE THEN..MEDICAL WAS DONE IN APRIL....NO CO APPOINTED TILL..DTS WORRYING US NOW the way its taking too long...wat if my medical expires..just 2 months r left!!!

and have u chnged any details of your spouse passport..like if your wife is applicant, has she added your name in her passport, i hve heard that otherwise passport office doesnt is

yes my wife got my name in her passport as spouse.we applied for her passport after our marriage.hope this help....

We lodge decision ready application except medical and that was done in june so everything else was filled with application.

m bit confused now..as its clearly mentioned on thier website that PCC need to be submitted only when asked which is usually after appointment of CO...

I am not sure where you read this but according to 309 checklist you should provide with application.If they ask again it can be obtain in one day,because that what we did for my wife.

In your situation you need to get CO appointed first then just follow what CO ask.

By the way have you try to contact delhi high commission about your application status??
