Before the date of application, it may be the reason I got the grant this early too. The COs maybe want to avoid the expiration of either the medical or pc

Hmm, I did my medical end of Feb 2014 before submitting my application mid-April. I'm sure I'll find out either way soon enough.

Also, on immiaccount it does say that health has been finalised for applicant based on evidence submitted to the dept. and there is no need to contact them regarding this matter. I'll assume all is good.

I think the good thing with online application is that we can keep uploading supporting evidence to show that the relationship is genuine and ongoing. I had a trip to overseas to few countries last November. I uploaded all the evidence few weeks after I arrived here. It may also be a consideration for the COs

I have uploaded some stuff since submitting the application and original evidence such as super beneficiaries evidence, interstate trips, utilities bills etc. I have plenty more I can upload still but was wondering if it is better to use all that for evidence for 801 visa.

When I did my application, I didn't realise that Police checks and medicals was only valid for a year. My wiew was always to supply the lot at once as that was how I thought they wanted it done. Both things had passed the 12 month mark when my Visa was granted and they didn't ask for new ones.
( at the time I thought it would take about 6 months to get a Visa , it took 11 months) But I guess if they would have asked for updated Medic/police documents, I would gladly pay for it again , if that was the difference between getting a visa or not...
( Just my opinion and experience)

No worries.
By the way, I did my application on paper.
And it kind of made sense to supply the lot because of that.
And at the time I didn't know about this forum so I was kind of trying to figure out things by myself.

Mine was online and I was asked to provide my HAP ID at the time of applying. If I have to do them again though that isn't a problem, so long the visa comes through.
