Hi Guys,
Should I need to fill in " Character Statutory Declaration form" to do my character documents for apply de facto partner visa?
Or just Form 80 and police clearance is enough?

Typically for 80 and police checks are sufficient. I wouldn't do more than that unless your case office requests it.
