Hi congrats! We got a a CO on the 3rd of March and he has already asked for more information from before we lived together meaning pre February 2013. We literally do not know what else we can pass on to our CO so naturally we are freaking out a bit. We had no lease agreement when we first moved in as it was a private/ friends who rental who we got a stat dec from stating this. We have passed on bills, social and pieces and everything else you can think of.... So any advice from anyone would be soooo greatly appreciated. TIA.

hey TigerAli i don't think its going to make any issue if you don't have your spouse name added in your passport.Anyways i know indian system inside out been there and done that.

When we applied for our marriage registration it took 50 days and we had to face so much tension i can't describe in words.Different religion and different rules applied for marriage registration even though all called civil or court marriage.

Try to check with some local passport agent they know system well other then lay men,so try to approach them might be cost you a bit but you can easily avoid trouble and tension as waiting for visa is enough.

which city you from in india...?
