At the moment a have a 485 What are my options for PR?

Hi all,

I really hope someone can help me.

My wife and I have been in Australia for almost 4.5 years now. We came with the work and Holiday for a year and then I change to a Student visa, studied Cabinet and Furniture making ( at that time on demand ) sadly not anymore ( not in SOL) *( changed all my plans ) , at the moment with a Skilled Graduate (Temporary) Visa ( Subclass 485 ), I have been working for an employer very interested in me. I was wondering what are my options for PR or a better visa after a complete my Job Ready Program ( skills assessment *) in 12 months?....*

Thanks a lot,
