It looks great llawjm

Don't forget a certified photocopy of the birth certificate or passport for each person who did a stat dec for you.
Are you including the police check?

I think it looks like a good application. Going to the Melbourne office is pretty simple: don't make an appointment, just show up and take a number and you can hand it in in person and pay while your there.
GOOD LUCK!

GOOD LUCK!

It's a very straightforward application given it's 300 odd pages!

Whoops, forgot to mention those. Yes we are supplying original police checks with accompanying translations where appropriate.

Also have certified passport copies for all stat decs.

Thanks!

Smile

hello there,
i have noted that 2 years pay slips of the sponsor are required in the application of a partner visa,
if the sponsor is working for only about 3months in australia, can the sponsor submit the other
1year & 9months pay slips coming from manila where she worked before?

thank you very much! this site is very helpful..!

Hey Sarah,

We would love to know what's involved with the 801 part too. I thought it just rolls over from 820 to 801 unless they pick up on anything ... I to don't want to do this again!!
