Remaining Relative Visa

my brother sponsored my father to australia through Parent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 103). My mother is deceased. So iam the remaining relative. I have no other siblings and iam not married. Can my brother sponsor me to australia through Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore) (Subclass 115) ?

My sister is PR in South Australia. I m younger to her. my age is 25. Can my sister sponsor me to australia through Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore) (Subclass 115)??????????
wats an eligibility for this visa??????

Hi mk.dhillon12,
As per immigration website:
Quote:
you and your partner have no brothers, sisters, non-dependent children, parents (or step-equivalents) other than those in Australia.
http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/835/

If your parents/siblings are still alive and still residing with you in India then this Visa is most likely not applicable for you.
