Hi everyone,

I am wondering that is able to work for my colleague who has his own ABN, business company name, business bank account during my working holiday visa.

The situation that he is sales manager for my current company. and my "six months working for one company condition" is almost running. Therefore, he wants me i work for him to be admin position.

So Can i work for him after six months even he still selling my current company's product?
Thanks
Emma

Emma I have seen your question on a few threads now. And I think you should take Marks advice - as he said it gets complicated depending on your current companies relationship with who you want to work with next. Speak to a registered MARA agent, the situation is not straight forward/black and white so it's impossible for anyone to give you advice on a free forum.
