PR and TR application

i am currently studying in melbourne and will be graduating in a few weeks time. i would like to stay. where and how should i lodge my pr application. should i lodge it by myself or through an agent? if agent, which agent do you recommend?

also i will be requiring a TR or a bridging visa very soon. I am doing pharmacy and have found an intern position for next year. however, i must also take an additional course next year from the pharmacy board in order to become a fully qualified pharmacist. I have to enrol in the course by december and they require a visa that states that i can work as a full time and study part time. any help would be grateful and need it asap. thanks guys
