So you submitted your medicals with your application in April?

I am trying to understand why you think it is unfair if you have to do them again should they expire as you decided to do them? Unfortunately it is a risk we take if we do medicals too early. You can't really blame how slow immi might or might not be taking, as frustrating as it is for all of us that are separated from our loved ones.

I hope your application is approved before your medicals expire and if not, hopefully they will extend it for you or you'll just have to do them again.

Dinkum and Tigerali like this.

yes i started the thread for asking opinion on how u think , immi going to act in this stuiation, not for people suggesting me which way i should think, or convincing me on point of fairness or unfairnes

thanks for understanding the way its frustrating, it not only about money, for medicals, list of doctors immi website recommended is too far from where i live, its stressful when u hve to travel 3 hrs or more to get your medical done agin for no issues...n i state again i didnt go for medicals in jiffy, i went only when i was asked(IF IT HAD TO TAKE THAT LONG, I THINK THEY SHOULDNT HAVE ASKED IT TOO EARLY..i am not blaming immi for my case, bcoz nothing adverse has done yet in mine, but there hve been people waited too long...i think they should employ more people to see the filed cases..and atleast they update their websites regarding the time it take application to bre finalised, so that people can go for alternatives of applying visitor visas accordingly...it states alloting case officer after 8 months, here CO contacted me in 11TH month

so never is the work burden because of the number of applications?
They just make everything take time to make it more expensive for an applicant.
Is that the sinister behaviour the Australians have?

of cause only because you are dissapointed , they should just do as you wish..

You should mail them and tell them to give you a visa at once..
claim that you are more in love than most applicants ..

That's MY wiew..

I only commented on the fairness etc because you mentioned it.

If you are saying that you applied in April and they asked you to do your medicals straight away, then yes I think that was unreasonable of them especially as they are due to expire soon and your application hasn't been approved.

i think you should better stop taking it to an another edge..nobody is blaming australian here..its not about any nationality people, people like you i guess are ready to go to nationalities when given a chance,,n to update your kind knowledge, it not any australian handling my case, its indian embassy, so it has to to with indian, dont present this picture as being racist...
And i have not asked for your advice or suggestion wat should i mail or not n i would have mailed them saying so, if i know they would act accordingly

you can start a thread expressing your views way i did..no need to comment here
