Skin Problem

I have skin related problems but planning to migrate to Australia. I did skin test for Skin Cancer and not susceptible, but my skin is bad and have significant disorder.

Should I apply despite skin disorder?

Are you worried about moving to Australia? Or worried about getting a visa approved due to your medical condition?

As for living in Australia, you'd need to consult with a doctor to consider whether the air quality, humidity, etc. will help or cause issues. I assume you can follow sensible sun protection precautions.

As far as a visa is concerned, George Lombard and Peter Bollard are two migration agents who specialise in applications that involve medical complexities so i'd suggest you contact one of them for a consultation.
