Smile WHV to BVA - Work Rights?

Hello all!

I'm currently on a WHV subclass 462 which expires July 24. I'm applying online for the 820 Partner visa in the coming months. The only thing I haven't done is the health examination.

My questions are:

1. Will the BVA hold the same work conditions as my current visa (6 month work restriction), or if it will have unlimited work rights?

2. If it has the 6 month work restriction, can I apply to have it removed?
a. And if so, is form 1445 the applicable form?
b. When would be the appropriate time to send the form in?

3rd unrelated question that just came up as I was reading the Partner Migration Booklet. Is it true that the Family/Friend Statutory Declarations must be made no more than 6 weeks prior to the day I lodge my application? My partner's family did them about 3 weeks ago and I didn't plan on lodging my application for at least another month!

Thanks in advance!

Once you're on the BVA there is no work restrictions

And yes, form 888 must be within 6 weeks of submitting the partner visa... just have them fill it out again?
