Case Officer and how they treat applicants ?

My fiance is from Colombia ,she speaks 50% english ,we are appling for a prospective marriage visa very shortly threw a immigration lawyer , it is extremly hard for my fiance to get things done ,but she can and has already done a marvellous job getting the documents done for her son to be able to leave the country with her .The thing Iam worried about is if a case officer is assigned to her and starts picking her brains about things ,are these case officers considerate , able to be civil people or just short minded arrigante people (excuse my spelling ) . are they helpful to people who are not fluant in english , my fiance is frightend she may mistakenly say the wrong thing if ask . Has anyone had bad experiances with these case officers .
