My gf and 885 visa

Hello everyone, I'm new here!

Currently, I am trying to get 65 points for the 885 visa. However, I have no work experience, so my only way is to get 20 points from the English language ability. After 4 attempts, my best was just 8.5, 9, 8, 7.5. I just need 0.5 more for speaking! Anyway, I start to consider other backup options. And I found a second way - get 5 points from NAATI and another 5 from including a de facto partner. This way is probably better because it includes both of us and my girlfriend may not able to get 8 for IELTS.

However, I don't know if I can pass the 12-month requirement. I met my girlfriend in 2009 when we first came to Australia. We got together 3 months later. Since then, we lived on campus where everyone has their own room. We wanted to apply and stay together in the same room but her parents would not approve of that. However, our rooms are just side-by-side. Only once we stayed together for a month during the summer (without her parents' notice). We practically spent 24 hours with each other. But the problem is that we don't share any bank accounts as we are still depending on our parents . Does it still count if our address is actually a hall (300 students live there)?

The only evidence we have is that: (1) everyone in the university knows about our relationship, (2) we met parents from both sides, (3) we have tonnes of photos together (including taken with parents), (4) stamps in our passports showing our visits to my/her country and (5) I actually picked up her language.

Do you think we stand a chance? We have been together for 2 years. If we apply by June 2012, we still have 6 months left. Do you think opening a joint bank account and staying together in the same room right now will actually make a difference? Please advise.
