PMV/Partner Visa Evidences

Hi everyone,

I'm on the process of compiling evidences for our PMV application and boy, it's really a lot of work lol. But anyway how did you guys go in compiling?
What I'm currently doing is I'm compiling photos and/or scanned images in MS Powerpoint then save it as PDF.

My Fiancee is Vietnamese so i compiled everything for our evidence in Australia and she only did her necessary paperwork there.
We filed a paper application, i had 6 888 forms completed here, 3 by family 3 by friends, of the 3000 pages of chat logs i gave them 50 double sided pages to show ongoing communication also with a cover page explaining if they wished to have all pages they would be made available.
we gave them 40-50 photos including our engagement celebration.
Our relationship statements were quite thorough, mine was 3 pages long typed, hers was 2 once translated.
Also gave them all certified copies of money transfers to her, any postage receipts from sending her gifts (always sent express registered so it itemized what was sent) etc, receipts from plane flights and hotels together.
I paid the application fee by just filling in the form on the back of the 47SP and using my debit/credit card details.
The day after she submitted the papers the money was taken from my savings account and she received a combined acknowledgement and medical request letter.
She completed the police clearance 6 weeks before the application so we will need to keep an eye on the dates and may need to get another if it gets close to 11 months to process.all my required evidence and documents.

All up i spent dozens of hours compiling all the evidence and luckily a family friend here is a JP as it took him nearly 3 hours to certify

Unfortunately i cant help with anything to do with applying online.

We just complied all the different evidence pieces that went together e.g, travel proof, photos, text messages, phone calls etc and then converted them into a pdf document and uploaded them.

Other evidence such as passports, birth certificates etc we just scanned in colour and saved them as PDFs's before uploading.

Is that the kind of information you are looking for?

ohh okay yes I understand what you mean. Did you have enough space for your files? I'm worried we might run out since we can only attach up to 60 files so I'm trying to maximize the 5mb limit per file. And PDFs only have a little file size so I was able to compile a lot of photos in a single PDF file. Would that be okay though?
