visa subclass 175 -- Engineers

Hi,
I am planning to apply for visa subclass 175 and currently preparing to file an application with Engineers Australia.

I have over 10 years of experience working in Industrial Engineering related jobs even though the job titles are not "Industrial Engineer".

I was trying to see if someone who has done this before could share samples of:

1) Do you submit your past working experience to Engineers AUstralia to get an opinion from them about your skilled employment claims?
2) Experience letter on company letterhead required for the Engineers Australia under "relevant Skilled Employment" application where the job titles is different from the skill showed in SOL.

Thanks,
