thanks for the reply philj6970..my niece is living with me and my family so I dont know If I have to include her in my application as my other dependants..

Is your niece dependent on you for money and housing or is another member of your family responsible for her? You said you live with your family. Do you mean your parents?

actually, I'm not working I and my family is depending on someone (not our relative) but I am the one who do the budgetting.. I dont know how to explain this but that's it. do u think its gonna be ok if I will not include her in my application as my other dependants? Im single,and no kids either.
