Exclamation Bridging Visa B Duration

Hi all,

New in this forum. Needed advice on Bridging Visa B. Have lodged Partner Visa 820 on 25 April and currently on Bridging Visa A. We found out we were having a baby and the due date on 7 Jan 2016
Both my husband and I have no family members here so we have decided it is best if I go back to Malaysia (when I am from) so that I have family support and I am familiar with the health providers and system back home. My pregnancy has been quite stressful due to some health issues.
I am wondering if they would allow me to stay out of the country up to 9 months under Bridging B- fly out Jul 15 and fly in Mar 16.
Anyone has had Bridging B for more than the standard 3 months? Do you think my reasoning to stay extended up to 9 months would be reasonable?

I think most bridging visa B's at the moment are granted for a 6 month period with multiple entries. Not sure about an extension. Hopefully someone with more information can assist
