Thanks & I appreciate for reading this. ok I am from india had a USA fiancée visa for 90 days I got to US within 90 days got married to US citizen applied for Green Card or PR but right before interview date wife refused to support me for Green Card as they were asking for money I didn't had money wife didn't supported me so missed interview date & got notice for immigration court I checked all option didn't have any option I had to either leave US or stay in US illegally and going back was not an option as in laws were threatening my family back home they will get me deported and were asking for money so I missed my immigration court date in USA & got an order from court Order Remove in Absentia which i came to know later means to deport me but I overstayed or illegally stayed for around 4 to 5 years worked there paid taxes for few years & then decided to come back to my home country so I got travelling documents from my embassy & left with my own decision no deportation at all I didn't commit any crime never got caught legally divorced to US citizen & i m back to home country so the question is I m married again my wife is Australian Citizen and i want to ask that am i going to face any problem in getting the visa for Australia as it is going to be immigrant visa My Australian Wife wants to get me to Australia so can someone please please advice in detail that am i going to face any problem in getting Australian Visa or PR or Citizenship Thanks
