Should I apply for work visa

I've just finished my 2 year full time study in Macquarie. I'm applying for TR now.

But then my employer said they can offer me sponsorship.

Should I apply for TR or apply for work visa. Which one is easier to apply for PR at the end?

Since I'm not very sure which path I should go, can you explain why I should apply for TR if you say TR is a better option, vice versa why I should apply for work visa if you say work visa is a better option for me.

Thanks so much,

PS: IELTS is not a problem for me so maybe it can help you in giving suggestions.
