Have you sent all the other documentation you have and are only waiting on chinese police check? Surely they have to take that into account (the fact that it takes a. Long time in china)

All i have is the form 80 filled out still waiting for the AFP and medical is ready tomorrow i will send an update when i get the AFP.

How lucky is that we got the Notary Certificate of No Criminal Convictions stamped in china and its on its way here.

Still no reply or email from imi
So i called and they said they do not look at the information i have submitted until the 28 days are up.
I think they are trying to drag this out as long as possible as now they don't even reply to my emails.

Don't take it personally and don't think they want to drag your case longer than necessary. You're nothing but a number to them, we all are, and you bet they have so many cases you're forgotten the minute they open the next file.
If you read other posts, you'll see that lately the officers in Australia (onshore applications) aren't really replying to emails. We haven't got a reply to our email either...

The funny thing is they replied to the first email i sent within 30min.
