Question Visa 190 NSW Obligation!

Dear all,

I recently applied to Visa 190 for NSW and am currently waiting for the visa result. I'm just wondering about the obligation of this visa.

First of all, do we need to work in NSW for two years or we can study?

Secondly, is it an obligation to work in your nominated occupation?

Thank you so much for your assistance.

The 190 visa doesn't require you to work, and if you do work it doesn't need to be in the occupation you nominated.

When you apply for this visa you make a two year commitment to live and work in NSW. However, this commitment cannot be enforced if you decide not to honour it..
