Angry FBI Finger print for Prospectiva marraige visa

Hi ,

Im a US citizen and my finace Aus citizen, Im applying for prospecti marriage visa and

loged my FBI clearence on 16 NOV 2011
FBI Received on 21 Nove 2011
I got the FBI clearence on 17 Jan 2012

NOW in the FBI clearence letter says the folloiwng

Search Completed 6 Jan 2011......

And says the following rught after the above

"The result of the above response is only effective for the date the submission was originally completed. For more updated information, please submit new fingerprints of the subject."

What the hell ? search completed on Jan 2011? its one eyar old? does that mean I have to resubmit FBI Clearence again ?

Please tell me something ASAP please....?

This sounds like a clerical error on their part. I would contact them and ask them to reissue the letter with the proper date!

That sucks!

I am waiting on the same FBI check and that must have been so frustrating! I would call their customer service line at (309) 625-5590, and discuss it with them! They are actually quite helpful, I'm sorry for the whole thing though, I can imagine that was not fun.
