Prospective marriage visa

My relationship has broken down and ended after Application for Prospective Spouse Visa was made 1 month ago. I am based in oz ,as a sponsor i have notified Australian immigration Dept in the Country the applicant is based. I received an Auto response for the email i sent but i haven't received instructions as to how i need to go about formally withdraw the sponsorship. Its been two weeks since i sent the email. Does anyone know what else i mat need to do ?

Also i want to apply for a refund of visa fee as application has been withdrawn at an early stage? does anyone have any idea or opinion on this???

Once you have advised DIBP in writing that your relationship has broken down and you are withdrawing sponsorship, you will not receive any further communication regarding the application. I don't think there's anything else for you to do.

It's highly unlikely that you will receive any refund of visa fees.

Send a message via Skype™ to CCMS
Some processing centres ( like Cairo)will send you a form to complete in order to formally withdraw your sponsorship.

You won't get a refund.
