What about police clearance, do they have to be submitted again since the CO have the originals while processing the PMV.

Depends on the expiration day. When will it expire?

They normally send it back.. but to be sure, email your CO, and tell him/her that you will appreaciate if He/she can send it back to you, coz you want to use it on your next visa application..
