My special story to share

Hi All,
As my case is quite special. I may help someone if I would write down my story.

I was holding student visa first in Australia.
Then I applied 856 visa as PR with my ex-boyfriend----856 application got refused while my student visa expired as well.
I have no choice if I want to stay in AUS, so I applied MRT for my 856 visa.
During the 2 years waiting time, I broke up with my ex-boyfriend, employed by a good company who can sponsor me. Also I met my current husband and we married.
I decided to apply 820 visa while I was holding BVA. and I withdraw the 856 MRT application.
Then, after lodged the 820 application, my BVA change to BVC.
(Before I apply 820, I went aboard for a holiday--holding BVB)
After 1 month of my 820 visa lodged I was told my visa was refused!
Reason is in immigration's view I have two partners(because I didn't notice immigration I broke up with ex-boyfriend.)
I applied MRT again for my 820 visa.
During the waiting time, I had a baby, after the baby was born, only one month. I was told by MRT I won the case.
After another month, my 820 visa grant.
In March 2015, I applied 801 visa (as I am eligible)
Now still waiting, however, my lawyer told me that it won't be long in my case..... I doubt it!
I almost hold all the visas which Australia have!!!!!!!!!!!
7 years passed. I am still waiting for my PR.
What a long way!

Hi summerburns,
It is sad to know that you have to go through all this. I can understand how hard it can be when you don't have stability in your life. I wish you all the best for you 801 . I hope your app sails through smoothly this time.
