Arrow Visa problem!Urgent!HELP!

My girlfriend visa will expire on March.
Now, she needs working experience to finish on master course.
She will get dependent from my 485 visa in order to stay in Australia after 15 March.
If my 485 expire, her visa expire too.
Perhaps, she can graduate before my 485 visa expire. Can she apply 485 again? So I can dependent from her visa. How many times can we apply for 485?
Thanks so much!!!
