After advice please

Hi everyone

I'm new here and I'm after some urgent advice and if anyone could help it would be really appreciated.

I have a friend who came to Australia on a visiting visa, he overstayed 2 years, then was in villawood detention centre and was let out on a bridging visa E.
Him and his partner then applied for a New Zealand sponsor visa and that was rejected. He then overstayed the bridging visa E by 7 months due to not being able to do anything financially and also the fact he has a child that was born in Australia. He is now back in villawood detention centre and his child who is 3 and was born 3 months premature due to the stress the mother was going through stresses for his dad they are very close and the mother is hoping it won't Affect their child in the future.

Please if there is any advice on what to do or if there is hope please help any help would be highly appreciated thanks in advance.

I suggest that your friend seek advice from an experienced registered migration agent. His case is far too complex for even a migration agent on this site with first hand knowledge of all the details of the case.

I know it's a very complicated case, we have been calling migration agents non stop but a lot seem to not want to help or it's just to expensive, he has been given only 5 days to apply I'm not sure what for but they have given him only 5 days from yesterday

Thanks for the response jeremy im very thankful thank you.
