Visas and Primary School Education

Delete if not allowed as I posted this in the education forum n got no response. I just want to know what peoples experiences have been getting their children in to primary schools, as I will be arriving in WA in August on a tourist visa to apply for my resident visa with my 5 year old son.

I'm aware there will be international fees etc I just want to know how other people have done it.

Thanks in advance
