RSMS non-migrating partner

Hi everyone!
I would appreciate you help!
I'm from Poland and I will lodge my application soon. Here are my questions:
1) I have a de facto partner, who is not migrating with me at this moment. He intends to join me later as he has a several arrangements with his work here. There is a point in the form 47es, where I should write my non-migrating partner. What kind of his documents should I attach to the application? All required as for the main applicant?
2) If he is non-migrating - should I provide evidence that we are together for over 12 months?
3) I know that it is better if I include him in my visa now, but I'm afraid that if I miss any information that it will set my visa back months. Can you give me a hint how to explain, why he is not migrating with me now, that will satisfy DIAC?

Thank you in advance for any suggestions how to solve above.
Best wishes from cloudy Szczecin, Poland
