Working Holiday Visa - MOC time to get a decision

I applied for a working holiday visa (a temporary visa, max 1 year) in january.

Due to medical reason, my visa has been referred to Medical Officer of Commonwealth. I dont have any news from my online files since february.

I would like to know how many weeks those doctors can need to take a decision about me and if there is a way to know more (email or telephone number).

Also it would be good to know if australia can charge the medical cost to Italy (my country) as there is an agreement between those 2 countries.

My desease is not an infectious one and I dont have any evident symptom of it; I already went to a panel doctor twice.

Thanks in advance.
