I would (and have) ring the aust consulate and just have a chat with them, they are very helpful... they should be able to clarify an issues for you

oh bugga!!... i just worry that my main income right now is centrelink.... guess theres no way around that at the moment... oohh well keep me posted how u go seems like were both in the same boat with everything

when are you applying for your visa ? could you start working to show some kind of stability for a few months ?

mums going to be his sponser this time were applying for the tourist visa in the next 3 weeks....guess im just trying to use it as a stepping stone to save some money we can be together...and i can still look for work...shouldnt be to hard to find something even if its just flippin burgers argh hahah just to be together
