Stage 2 - permanent partner visa (Subclass 100 / 801)

Dear members,

I am currently gathering evidence for the application of my stage 2 permanent partner visa subclass 100 / 801. I understand that there are a couple of statutory declarations required by my partner and I, however I am confused as to whether it is advisable to include additional statutory declarations from friends and family? We included these in our initial application for the stage 1 provisional partner visa 309....

Would this just be doubling up on unnecessary work, or would it be advisable to include updated statutory declarations (majority of which would be from the same people).

What have other people submitted in terms of statutory declarations for stage 2?

Many thanks,

Dancedotty

You need minimum 2 supporting 888's for the 100/801.

Thanks Mish, do you know whether these can be from the same people who gave statutory declarations in the first application?

It doesn't matter if they are the same people as long as they are new statements.
