spouse eligibility to work

HI,
My family and i were granted the 176 family sponsored visa. Being the main applicant, i have made the skills assessment and all the needed requirements, while my wife (interior designer) did not do any skills assessment as we have sufficient points already and did not want to go through the hassle of doing her the assessment and all.

My question is, now after we were granted the visa, is this visa make her eligible to work (any kind of work and not specifically in her field of work) ? Like granting the visas to the whole family means that they (all above 18) are eligible to work in Australia?

Thanks

Yes all applicants have the rights of PR which includes unrestricted work.
