Best way to present yahoo messenger conversation??

Hi guys,
Im just wondering which is the best way to present chat conversation. I tried copying some of it on MS word but its 587 pages already and there's still more. Thats very plenty to submit. I dont want to annoy my CO.
I'm thinking of just get some few of it.
But would love to hear from you..
Whilst browsing in this forum, I saw people detailing how they did it. Someone just copied the first and last line of her conversation with her partner then put the start and end time of the conversation with the date.
But everyone can do that, I don't want mine to look like i just did it or invented it.
Any suggestions will be greatly appreaciated.

Cheers,
IMkddj

:Hi,

I printed out only the first page of each conversation, so that CO could see date and time.

I submitted only 10 pages with different dates in sequence, othervise my application would weight 20 kg
