High risk 820 Approved in 4 months! :-)

My husband's 820 application has been approved, in only 4 months 1 week.
:-))))) Fast for a "high risk" country (especially so since in the acknowledgement letter they said current processing time was running at 12 months!)
Notably, in terms of evidence, we've been in relationship for almost 5 years. Over that 5 years we've both spent significant periods of time in each others respective countries (he's brazilian). He arrived in Aust on PMV. We front loaded fresh medicals & police checks to the 820. We also used a migration agent - who (although expensive) I found to be excellent, highly efficient & professional, always gave frank & realistic advice.
Good luck everyone. Happy Easter!

Hi Sky.

Just a quick question, why did you use a migration agent when you did the whole PMV process on your own? (We are in the exact same situation as you (pmv granted, currently applying for 820). Surely the 820 is easier than the PMV?
