"No Further Stay Condition" and Sponsored Visa (457)

Hy everyone !

I am about to apply for a working holiday visa and I am a bit scared by the NFSC. It is written on the immigration website that with this mention I cannot apply for any other visa "onshore".
But what if I find a company which is willing to sponsor me ? I don't literraly apply because it is the company, so does the NFSC work on this specific case ?

Thanks for your help.

NFS is only issued on working holiday visa's if you have previously held 2 working holiday visa's. This comes from the immigration website. Sorry I can't post the link directly to that information but you can go on www.immi.gov.au and search for No Further Stay.

If you got a NFS you would not be able to apply for a sponsored work visa onshore. There are 2 parts to a sponsored work visa. The employer must nominate you and then you must apply. A NFS can only be waived due to compelling and compassionate grounds.

Well, ok, thank you for your help.
I also was wandering if my answer at the question : "What kind of job do you intend to look for in Australia?" could go against me if I actually find something in an other field?

You can only get 2 WHV, I think you meant Holiday (tourist) visa.

No Further stay is to prevent visa hopping, you wont get a 8503 condition on your first WHV (417)
