Waiver of work conditions on bridging visa

Hi!
I'm currently on a 457 sponsor visa and am applying for the 820 partner visa. I will be granted a bridging visa while I wait for my visa to be approved.

Can anyone give me any advice on how to get a waiver of work conditions as we would like to move interstate once 457 ends and move into my partners house. The bridging visa will only allow me to continue working at my current workplace though.

I'm not totally sure but I guess form 1005 change of visa condition should be fine for you and in section A you should choose "other reason" and explain that you're moving and maybe give a lette or stat dec from your partner stating you move into his house

All the best for you!
