Hi Again Nimsay,

I know that your attention was not to advice me to go against rules, i totally understood that you were trying to suggest me a solution that could also give benefit to my ex-wife and the most importantly to my daughter. As I told that I had this attention before, but if my ex-wife would be cooperative then I guess I was not waiting for her to sign on a document that only state that she has been divorced and my daughter is in her custody. Her attention is actually to create as much hurdles as she can in my immigration application. And yes, you are right that she will never would like to give my daughter custody to me even my daughter would like.

I am also wonder that if I have been separated from my wife then why still I need her sign on a document to process my application, this is natural phenomena that she will never never cooperate with me not in this immigration case, but in any matter that would be helpful for me.

Yes, Visa consultant is my immigration agent that posted my application on my behalf and all corresponding with case officer are being done by my immigration agent. I am avoiding to contact my case officer myself, otherwise my agent could blame me in case of application failure. But as I said that I am only waiting for this month, if my ex-wife will still not sign on this document( that most probably will be) then my agent will inform my case officer that we tried our level best to convince her to sign on this document but she did not, so either contact directly and asked her to sign on these documents or remove her from my application automatically.

Let see, what will happen, but right now I am very much worried that only because of not providing one sign of my ex-wife I could lost a chance to move to Australia and can have lose of money and time as well 

Regards,
Asim

Hi Raja
Your situation is really similar with my friend. he also is in such situation which he wants to remove his ex wife, but case officer require a signed withdraw letter from his ex, but his ex is not willing to sign it.

Hi Raja, could you please tell me what the final decision the case officer made on your visa application when your ex didn't sign the withdrawal letter? if you could reply to me, it will be really helpful to my friend. Thanks so much
