Well, perhaps I'm incorrect, as that is what I needed for my 801. Hopefully someone else will chime in and let you know.

The figures are actually:

75% of applications were done in 19 months or under, from date of eligibility.
15% took between 19 and 39 months
10% of applications took 39 months or longer. (these often had more complex security issues, or applications not done correctly etc.)

These times were for the subclass 100's that were finalised in the last month recorded. Last updated: 25 January 2019 (for month ending 31 December 2018)

Hi all

After more than 2 years of waiting for some action with the PR application we have been asked to go for an interview with our case officer. We only got 2 weeks notice too.
Has anybody else had to do this for the 100?

We have been asked to take in anything to the interview to prove our relationship is genuine... we did that when we submitted but I guess they want more.
Any suggestions of what we could take would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I remember when i applied for 100 i didnt had face to face/phone interview with CO. I did supplied alot of documents to prove that relationship is genuine and continuing. I think during the interview they would want to match the info you’d put in on your application. So to be sure bring proof to support your claims about your relationship.

Hi all,

I am just going through the process of doing the 100 visa submission. Does anyone know what date we have to provide evidence from? i.e. is it from the date the 309 visa was granted to today? or is it from the date we last submitted evidence (i.e. date application of visa had been received (2 years ago)) to today? If anyone can let me know what period they had provided in their 100 visa submission that would be great!

Thanks so much Amii. So from date of 309 visa granted to today? They just want to see proof the relationship is still ongoing from moment you were allowed to come in to the country?
