Thanks so much Amii for your prompt reply! So from date of 309 visa granted to today? They just want to see proof the relationship is still ongoing from moment you were allowed to come in to the country?

Yeah basically they want two star declaration from u and ur partner few questions to answer form 888 and police check along with evidence I applied for my husbands PR in October 2018 and still waiting

Same thing u did in 309 but stage 2 is easier

Great thanks Amii. Very helpful.

I am still working in the US, on a temp visa (e-3), so have not resided as yet in Aus post granting 309 visa. So really will show evidence our relationship is continuing, and more importantly our intention to live in Aus permanently.

Thanks for the guidance.

Thank you . From everything i've heard, they are more concerned your relationship is ongoing rather than intention - though I want to leave nothing to doubt when submitting evidence so will be thorough and show that too.

Best of luck with yours too, hope you and everyone else who's been waiting gets some good news soon. I saw that 75% processed under 19 months? Seems odd that again such a long wait - but hopefully most get it well under this time frame and nothing longer!

Sorry but its not clear from the posts, you say "not resided" but did you "enter Australia" after the 309 visa was granted? Does your Visa Grant Letter have an item like "Must make first entry before (date)"?

When did you lodge your 309?

Your date of eligibility was 2 years after the 309/100 application was lodged, and that is the date that the times are calculated from.

75% are processed in UNDER 19 months and 10% are processed in OVER 33 months, the other 15% are between 19 and 33.

Waiting for subclass 100 permanent stage

I lodged my 309 Visa July 2016.

Thanks for clarifying- if the processing times are from that original lodged date rather than the eligible date I should have a response within the next few months (great news!) I'll post when I have an update.

If anyone else has recently received their 100 PR Visa could you please share how long you waited (please include when you lodged & were granted your 309 also)

Thank you.
